Printing / Custom Products
Printing and custom products are non-returnable because they are produced to customer-approved specifications. Printing starts only after final design approval.
Our Printing Mistake
If the verified mistake is on our production/printing side, NagarOnline.Pk will reprint the affected item free of cost.
Ready-made Products
Wrong, damaged or defective ready-made products may be reported within 7 days. Original packaging and accessories should be retained. Claims are subject to inspection. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after opening or use.
